1. 取得する情報
- 端末内の保存（利用者のブラウザの localStorage）: 進行中の一生、過去の一生、設定、言語、同意の状態など。運営者のサーバーには送られません。ブラウザの設定で消せます。
- 総プレイ数カウンター（運営者のサーバー。Cloudflare D1）: 「始めた」「終えた」の件数の加算だけ。個人や端末は特定しません。
- 一生の記録（同意した場合のみ）（運営者のサーバー。Cloudflare D1）: 藩・身分・時期・性別・世の歪み・生年と没年・称号・立場・終わりの原因・年ごとの要約（年齢、状態の数値、出来事や選択の記号）、記録番号（端末で作る乱数。送信後に画面に表示します）、同意の版と時刻。氏名・自由入力の文章・IPアドレス（生のもの）は保存しません。
- 不正利用・過負荷の防止: IPアドレスをそのままは保存せず、ハッシュ化した値を、短期のレート制限（一定時間の回数制限）にだけ使います。
- サーバーのログ（Cloudflare）: Cloudflare が通信の処理の過程で扱う情報（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス時刻など）。
- アクセス解析: 使用しません。
2. 利用目的
- ゲームの提供と、遊んだ内容の端末内への保存
- 総プレイ数の表示
- 同意を得た一生の記録の利用: 今後のアップデートで、ほかの人の一生に「同じ藩・同じころを生きた人」として登場させる予定です（この機能は、まだ動いていません。登場したときは、本人にお知らせする予定です）。登場する人物は、ゲームの中で生きた人物であり、実在の人物ではありません。プレイヤー本人を特定する情報は出しません。統計にも使います。
- 不正利用・過負荷の防止、障害の調査
3. 第三者への提供
取得した情報を、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません（販売・広告目的の提供はしません）。なお、配信と保存のために Cloudflare のサービスを利用しており、情報はその基盤上で処理されます。
4. 外部サービス
- Cloudflare（配信・Workers・D1）: 本ゲームの配信とサーバー処理に使用します。
- OFUSE、Buy Me a Coffee: 投げ銭のリンク先です（任意・対価なし）。リンク先では各サービスが情報を取得・利用します。本ポリシーの対象外で、各サービスの規約・ポリシーに従います。
- Google フォーム（お問い合わせ）: 入力された内容は Google のサービス上で受け付けます。対応のためだけに使い、第三者に提供しません。Google による取り扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
- X: 公式アカウント（https://x.com/edoumare_dev）へのリンクです。リンク先では X が情報を取得・利用します。X の規約・ポリシーに従います。
- 出典サイト: 史実の出典として外部サイトへのリンクがあります。リンク先の扱いは各サイトに従います。
- 広告や、SNS のシェアボタンなどの外部スクリプトは使用しません。
5. Cookie
本ゲームは Cookie を設定しません（端末内の保存には localStorage を使います）。なお、Cloudflare の公式ドキュメント（Cloudflare Cookies）には、Bot 対策やレート制限などの機能を使う場合に、Cloudflare が Cookie を設定することがあると説明されています。本ゲーム自身は設定しません。
6. 保管期間
- 端末内の保存: 利用者が消すまで（運営者は消せません）。
- カウンター: 件数のみ。期限なし。
- 一生の記録: 90日で自動削除します（毎日、自動で掃除します）。
- 回数制限用のハッシュ: 短期（1時間単位）で自動削除します。
- Cloudflare 側のログ: Cloudflare の設定と規約によります。
7. 同意の撤回・削除や提供停止の請求
- 一生の記録の送信は任意で、同意は一生ごとです（既定は「いいえ」）。同意を撤回する場合は、以降の記録の送信をしないでください（送信を止められます）。
- 記録の送信後に、画面に「記録番号」が表示されます。この記録番号を控えておき、削除や、登場の停止（提供停止）を申し出るときに、下記の窓口へお知らせください。記録には個人を特定する情報がないため、記録番号が分からない場合は、記録を特定できず、応じられないことがあります。

8. 子どもの利用
18歳未満の方も遊べます（暴力や性の直接的な描写はありません）。一生の記録の送信は任意で、名前や連絡先の入力はありません。保護者の同意が必要な年齢の方は、保護者と確認のうえで送信を選んでください。
9. 安全管理
サーバーへの送信は暗号化通信（HTTPS）で行います。管理用の操作は認証で保護します。ただし、完全な安全を保証するものではありません。
10. 改定
内容を改定する場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新し、重要な変更は本ゲーム上で告知します。
11. 運営者・お問い合わせ
運営者は「江戸に生まれたら製作者」です。氏名・住所は、正規の請求があれば遅滞なく開示します。

1. Information we handle
- On-device storage (your browser's localStorage): current and past lives, settings, language, consent state, etc. Not sent to the operator's server. You can erase it in your browser settings.
- Total play counter (operator's server; Cloudflare D1): only increments of "started" and "finished". No individual or device is identified.
- Life record (only if you consent) (operator's server; Cloudflare D1): domain, status class, era, sex, world "distortion", birth and death year, title, standing, cause of ending, year-by-year summary (age, stat values, codes of events and choices), a record number (random value made on your device; shown on screen after sending), and consent version and time. We do not store names, free-text input, or raw IP addresses.
- Abuse and overload prevention: your IP address is not stored as-is; a hashed value is used only for short-term rate limiting.
- Server logs (Cloudflare): information Cloudflare handles while processing traffic (IP address, browser type, access time, etc.).
- Access analytics: not used.
2. Purposes
- Providing the Game and saving play data on your device
- Showing the total play count
- For consented life records: in a future update, the life is planned to appear in other players' lives as someone who lived in the same domain around the same time (this feature is not running yet; when it appears, we plan to notify the person concerned). The person who appears is a character who lived within the game, not a real person, and no information identifying the player is shown. Records are also used for statistics.
- Preventing abuse and overload and investigating failures
3. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide collected information to third parties except where required by law (no sale, no advertising use). We use Cloudflare services for hosting and delivery, so data is processed on that infrastructure.
4. External services
- Cloudflare (delivery, Workers, D1): used to deliver the Game and run server processing.
- OFUSE, Buy Me a Coffee: destinations of tip links (optional, nothing given in return). They collect and use information under their own terms and policies, outside this Policy.
- Google Forms (contact): what you enter is received on Google's services, used only to respond, and not provided to third parties. Google's handling follows Google's privacy policy.
- X: a link to the official account (https://x.com/edoumare_dev). X collects and uses information under its own terms and policies.
- Source sites: links to external sites are provided as historical sources; each site's handling applies.
- No ads or external scripts such as social share buttons are used.
5. Cookies
The Game sets no cookies (it uses localStorage). Cloudflare's official documentation (Cloudflare Cookies) states that Cloudflare may set cookies when features such as bot protection or rate limiting are used. The Game itself sets none.
6. Retention
- On-device: until you erase it (the operator cannot).
- Counter: counts only; no expiry.
- Life records: automatically deleted after 90 days (a cleanup runs daily).
- Rate-limit hashes: automatically deleted after the short (hourly) window.
- Cloudflare logs: per Cloudflare's settings and terms.
7. Withdrawing consent, deletion and suspension requests
- Sending a record is optional and consent is given per life (the default is "No"). To withdraw consent, do not send further records (sending can be stopped).
- After a record is sent, a "record number" is shown on screen. Please keep this record number and tell us when you ask for deletion or for the record to stop appearing (suspension of use), using the contact below. Because records carry no identifying information, if you do not know the record number, we may be unable to identify the record and may be unable to comply.

8. Children
People under 18 may play (there is no direct depiction of violence or sex). Sending a record is optional, and no name or contact is entered. If you are of an age that requires parental consent, please choose to send only after confirming with your parent or guardian.
9. Security
Transmission to the server uses HTTPS and administrative operations are protected by authentication. No absolute security is guaranteed.
10. Changes
When this Policy changes, the "last updated" date is revised, and important changes are announced in the Game.
11. Operator and contact
The operator is "the creator of Born in Edo". The name and address will be disclosed without delay upon a proper request.
